• Your order will be processed and confirmed within 48 hours of order placement and you will be advised including the shipping details.  
• We accept returns on defected merchandise only, the goods will be exchanged or credited on the next order if returned within 12 days from the date of shipment. 
• We hold stock of all items on our website. 
• If some of the ordered items are not available, payment will be be kept as credit against next order.
• Items which are not in stock will be have a sold out on the web site item.
• Postage for returning goods or exchange must be borne by customers and postage for replacing goods will be handled by Cherished Gems.co.uk
• When you buy from Cherished Gems.co.uk you are importing directly from England. You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes levied by your country.
• We do put a low amount and mark as Gift on each item.
